How to Set Mid-Year Intentions with Clarity and Confidence

As we arrive at the midpoint of the year, it’s the perfect time to pause, reflect, and realign with your intentions. Whether the first half of the year unfolded as you expected or took you in an entirely new direction, setting mid-year intentions allows you to gently course-correct, recommit to what matters, and invite in what you’re truly ready for.

Here’s a simple guide to help you reconnect with your vision for the months ahead:


Step 1: Reflect on the First Half of the Year

Before setting new intentions, take a moment to honor what has already unfolded. Ask yourself:

  • What am I proud of so far this year?

  • What have I learned about myself?

  • What no longer feels aligned?

Writing your answers down can help bring clarity and closure to the past six months — especially if your path has shifted.


Step 2: Reconnect with Your Core Desires

Intentions are more powerful when they’re aligned with your values and inner truth. Sit quietly, perhaps with a cup of tea or a crystal in hand, and ask:

  • What do I truly want to experience or feel in the second half of this year?

  • Where is my energy naturally being pulled?
